The Changemaker Churches Initiative provides a way for your congregation to nurture and encourage each other as they find their place in God’s world.  From elementary age children to retirees, your church will blossom as your members reach their full potential, going out in the world with a purpose in their hearts and a spring in their step! 

Of course, the ultimate goal is to have your entire congregation actively participating in faith works that are meaningful to them and beneficial to your community. Research and experience have proven that doing good works will have a lasting and positive effect on the participants, especially the younger ones who may need a sense of purpose and passion in their socially distant world.

The starter kit is a done-for-you, turnkey system that does not require any training or preparation. Simply hit the ground running and watch as the term “faithworks” takes on a whole new meaning as your church comes alive with passion and purpose.     

Life today moves along at an incredibly rapid pace. It’s very busy, noisy and confusing, especially for young people.  It is sometimes difficult to slow things down long enough to listen to the guidance of our Heavenly Father.  But that’s exactly what we must do. And that’s where Changemaker Churches can help.  We offer the following five programs  to help guide your congregation towards lives of meaningful service and purpose:                                                   

PROGRAM ONE:
GOD’S PLAN

Too many people trudge through life wondering if this is all there is. “God’s Plan For Your Life” is a program designed to help us remember that we are called to do great things and that God is ready to guide us just as soon as we make room for His loving presence in our busy lives. Through a series of thoughtful questions, participants will go on a journey of self-discovery that will get them thinking about the gifts that God has given them in preparation for an amazing life full of meaning and purpose.

PROGRAM TWO:
GOD’S PLAN IN ACTION

The God-given gift of a life plan is not meant to remain idly within us – it requires action! And sometimes taking that first step is scary. Or intimidating. Or maybe uncertain. “God’s Plan in Action” leads members within the congregation on a series of action steps that are designed to create a meaningful purpose-filled future, regardless of their age or life stage.

PROGRAM THREE:
FAITH WORKS TEACHING SERIES

It’s not always easy to move forward with a plan, if you even have one. Life is scary sometimes, but the Bible is full of promises that we are never alone. God has promised to be by our side at all times and our Teaching Series is meant to give participants courage, compassion and faith as they head out into the world to do God’s work.

PROGRAM FOUR:
FAITH WORKS

We are all called to do Faith Works throughout our life here on earth. Deciding what to do and who to help is only the beginning.  We also have to know HOW we’re going to proceed. The Faith Works Program will provide a solid foundation for your church to work together to make your community, and the world, a better place.

PROGRAM FIVE:
PARENTING WITH PURPOSE

Parents are always saying that children should come with an instruction manual. Well, they do! The Bible comes with all kinds of advice for parents!  Our “Parenting with Purpose” Program combines Biblical advice with 7 relationship-affirming topics for a truly unique look at a beautiful way to parent children of all ages!
